December 14, 2022 Webinar CLE: Back to Kindergarten – Prepositions in Patent Claims
Topic: Back to Kindergarten – Prepositions in Patent Claims
Summary: Prepositions appear in nearly all claim language, and yet prepositions are easily overlooked by practitioners and examiners. Interpretation of a simple preposition can be the decisive question for patentability, validity, or infringement. Please join Dan Evans for a discussion of prepositions in claim language followed by a discussion where participants can share strategies and practice tips.
