Topic: Work Sharing and Procedural Harmonization Efforts at the USPTO

Please join us as speakers from the USPTO Office of International Patent Cooperation give a presentation on the various programs and efforts at the USPTO related to work sharing and procedural harmonization. This session will provide attendees with detailed information about current program and efforts at the USPTO, such as the Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH), collaborative search programs, multilateral activities within the IP5 around global assignment, and others. Attendees will also have an opportunity to share your input on what programs work for you, where you have experienced challenges, what you would like to see in terms of enhancements/changes to current programs and efforts.
