Making the Most of AI in Your Patent Practice

In this informative presentation, we’ll explore the rapidly evolving landscape of artificial intelligence (AI) tools and their applications in patent law.

The presentation will be divided into two main sections. First, we’ll examine different categories of AI tools, including automation systems, predictive analytics, and large language models. We’ll discuss their specific use cases in patent practice and address their current limitations.

In the second section, we’ll provide practical guidance on how to effectively implement these AI tools in patent practices of all sizes, from solo practitioners to large firms. Attendees will gain valuable insights into leveraging AI to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client service in their intellectual property work.

This session aims to equip patent attorneys with a foundational understanding of AI technologies and their potential to transform patent practice, ensuring they can make informed decisions about adopting and utilizing these powerful tools in their professional work.
