Speakers:  The “look and feel” of a website can be very valuable to your client, but does your client have legal remedies available against copycats?  Please join speakers Tim DeJong and Nadia Dahab for a discussion of this issue.

Tim DeJong is a litigator at Stoll Berne emphasizing intellectual property, complex business, and securities disputes. Tim has experience in litigation matters involving patent infringement, trademark infringement and trade secrets.

Nadia Dahab is an associate in the litigation group at Stoll Berne.  Before joining Stoll Berne, Nadia clerked for the Honorable Rives Kistler on the Oregon Supreme Court, the Honorable Mary H. Murguia on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the Honorable Susan P. Graber, also on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
