Speaker: Please join us as speaker Nika Aldrich gives a presentation on a developing trend in the Federal Circuit’s patent claim construction cases.

Speaker bio: Nika Aldrich is an attorney in Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt’s Technology Industry Group. He has also recently been named adjunct professor of patent law at Lewis & Clark Law School. Mr. Aldrich is a widely respected intellectual property litigator who recently relocated to the Pacific Northwest. He has significant experience successfully representing large companies in patent ‎disputes involving medical devices, MEMS, computer hardware, computer software, ‎computer algorithms, apparel, textiles, pharmaceuticals, and food technology. He has also ‎represented companies in various trademark, copyright, misappropriation, and “hot ‎news” First Amendment cases, including disputes in federal courts, state courts, and ‎before WIPO in cases decided under the UDRP.‎
