Speakers: Please join us as speakers Peter E. Heuser and Brian G. Bodine discuss patent law developments.

Speaker bios: Pete Heuser (Schwabe Williamson & Wyatt) and Brian Bodine (Lane Powell) are recognized as two of the top patent attorneys in Portland and Seattle, respectively. They have been making these annual presentations for many years – Pete in Portland and Brian in Seattle – until last year when they decided to join forces. This will be the fourth presentation they’ve made between the two states in the past year. Please join them for a discussion of recent patent law developments, and please bring your questions. As they have in the past, Pete and Brian will provide attendees with written summaries of all of the Supreme Court and precedential Federal Circuit patent cases decided in the past year.
