November 29, 2023 Webinar CLE: Fraud at the Trademark Office

Topic: Fraud at the Trademark Office

Fraud claims, while difficult to prove, are powerful tools at the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board. Litigants before the Board should know what it takes to prove a fraud claim, and applicants at the USPTO should know best practices for avoiding a successful fraud claim. This presentation will go over what a fraud claim is, why it is so powerful, and what it takes to bring and avoid a fraud claim.

Speaker: Tyler Hall
