Speakers: Please join us as speaker Andrea Selkregg gives a presentation on social media influencers.  As marketing budgets tighten, many companies have turned to niche advertising through influencers.  We will look at trends in the industry; discuss contracting pitfalls; and review recent federal regulations targeting influencer and advertisers.

Andrea Selkregg is a principal at Idea Legal. Andrea focuses her practice on US and international Trademark prosecution, copyright registration, entertainment agreements, and commercial contract drafting and review. Andrea has spent over a decade serving as in-house and outside general counsel to businesses in the entertainment, apparel, food, restaurant and media industries.
